Colm Hamrogue Resigns as CEO of TDX Ltd

After three years as CEO of TDX Ltd, Colm Hamrogue has announced his resignation. Colm’s decision to step down is driven by personal circumstances, as he wishes to return to his homeland of Ireland with his wife and young daughter.

TDX Board Chair, Greg Campbell, extends his heartfelt thanks to Colm on behalf of the Board, Shareholders, Suppliers, Partners, Staff, and other stakeholders for his significant contribution over the past three years.

Colm has led the company through an eventful and uncertain period, demonstrating strong leadership and guiding the team through various challenges. Colm had a great ability to connect with people across the business.

Under his tenure, TDX has maintained its market leadership position within the heavy equipment industry. Other notable achievements during Colm’s time as CEO include the launch of TDX’s sister company, LDX, securing the distributorship for Linde Material Handling Equipment in New Zealand, TDX achieving Toitu CarbonReduce Certification, being named Volvo International Dealer of the Year, and being recognised as a NZ Best Managed Company in 2023.

While we are disappointed to see him go, the Board understands and respects Colm’s desire to reunite with family and friends in Ireland. He will be deeply missed by the entire TDX family, and we wish him all the very best in his future endeavors.

The Board, along with Colm, is currently working through the details of his departure and the transition plan. We will keep all stakeholders informed as we move toward appointing a new permanent CEO.
