The Role:
Reporting to the Distribution Team Leader, you will provide administration support to the Distribution Centre spanning the entire work flow, work loading and managing the safe and secure storage of the company’s inventory. You will also be heavily involved in stock control and co-ordinating cycle counts, and will undertake general Storeperson responsibilities – including fulfilment of customer orders, pick and pack, devann, forklift and WAVE operation.

To succeed in this role, you will have previous warehouse experience and be comfortable working autonomously with initiative, and have the ability to communicate well across all levels of the organisation. The warehouse is busy, with many moving parts therefore understanding the risks and displaying the highest levels of safety while operating within the warehouse is important. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential along with sharp computer skills. You will be a confident computer user with MS Office applications and able to pick up in-house systems quickly.

Having an F endorsement and OSH certificate is a pre-requisite for this role. MPI Accredited Person / Training Facility Operator certified desirable but not essential.

As Health and Safety is paramount in this industry you will be up to speed with practices and be able to demonstrate this in your work habits. This knowledge will help you to promote the company image in a professional manner as well as provide first class customer service.
