We need to add to our busy Service Team with experienced Service Technicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Be a ‘get your hands dirty’ kind of person who is comfortable working in a mechanical setting
• Have some experience with electric, LPG and diesel forklifts or come from an auto electric or maintenance fitting background
• Work in a varied and sometimes challenging work environment
• Have excellent communication skills and a high appreciation of the health and safety aspects of the job
• Diagnose and trouble shoot software and hardware issues
• Servicing and repairs on various sizes and models of forklifts
• Order Spare Parts through the Parts Portal
• Liaise face to face with customers

 You will need to:

• Have a strong work ethic and love anything mechanical
• Be self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• Be able to work autonomously
• Forklift License & Driver’s License
• At least 5 years’ experience in Forklift repairs
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office packages – Word, Teams & Outlook
• Great communication and customer service skills
