The role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager of Sales and Marketing to join our Executive Leadership Team to lead the next phase of our sales. This includes our Equipment, Customer Support, Shell and Consumables, Power Products, and Marketing teams.
Based in either Christchurch or Auckland, reporting to the CEO this role is integral in defining the strategic direction for a unified approach to sales with the goal of developing the best way of servicing our customers. Drive growth, enhance our market position, and ensure long-term success.
We need someone who can negotiate good commercial outcomes for the business from high-level key customers and small customers alike. Experience in building strong relationships with key suppliers is also essential.
