The role:
Reporting to the GM – Aftersales you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive correct information with a high-quality service, manage Warranty Department budgets, ensure accurate processing of claims, and be accountable for financial outcomes. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Tracking and reporting of warranty claims, management of warranty crediting
  • Building positive partnerships with manufacturers and representatives
  • Production of technical reports on warranty issues
  • Liaise with customers and appointed dealers to manage warranty and CSA repairs
  • Actively seek to improve cost recovery from product manufacturers

We are ideally looking for:

  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a technical role within the Heavy Diesel or Automotive industry
  • Must be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work with high levels of pace and energy
  • Ability to communicate and train others on the prescribed process to ensure successful outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Proven use of initiative
  • Ability to travel if/when required
